CURRENT PROJECTS

  • Edmond Integris Hospital

Swanda's Edmond Integris Hospital project is a multi story complex of approximately 165,000 square feet contains office and surgical space.

  •    University of Oklahoma Children's Physicians Ambulatory Care Facility and Atrium Area G

Swanda Brothers is currently finishing the OU Children’s Physicians Ambulatory Care facility and has been awarded a second project, the Atrium where fabrication has already begun. 

The original contract for the Children’s Physicians Ambulatory Care facility included the fabrication and installation of HVAC for a 14 story office and lab complex.  We will be connecting the new Atrium to the 14 story Children’s Physicians Ambulatory Care facility existing building.

  •  Oklahoma Judicial Center

This project is for the original Will Rogers Municipal Building, built in 1927.  This is a State of Oklahoma restoration and renovation project with new construction to a historic facility.  This project has many challenges with regards to schedule and limitations of space.

  • University of Oklahoma Gould Hall

Swanda is working on this renovation and addition to the School of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma.  This building is another project in which there are many challenges with regards to schedule and limitations of space.

  • Consolidated Fuels

Swanda is providing all air distribution needs for this project at Tinker Air Force Base.

 

PAST PROJECTS

  • Embassy Suites

Swanda fabricated and installed all air distribution for this ten story hotel with adjoining conference center.

  • Riverwind Casino

This project consisted of an extensive air distribution project due to the required smoke evacuation.

  • Environmental Protection Agency

 Swanda provided services as the mechanical contractor for this three story addition to an existing complex.

  • Gaylord Hall

Swanda provided new air distribution systems to the University of Oklahoma School of Journalism.

  • Southmoore High School

Swanda provided the air distribution systems for the new 300,000 square-foot high school.

  • Civic Center Music Hall

This project consisted of an extensive refurbishment to a historic building with very strict requirements for acoustical treatment.  Our staff worked closely with sound engineers to accommodate their needs.
