Swanda's newest project is the Devon Data Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The building is designed to withstand an F5 tornado, winds sustaining up to 300 mph.  Swanda's portion of the work will include a building lock down system called storm blades.  These storm blades will provide protection for the generators and the chillers including both the intake and the exhaust sectors. 

Swanda has recently been awarded a dehumidification project at a large pharmaceutical plant as the general contractor.  This work will include some general construction and large duct runs.   We are also called upon when specialty welding and fabrication of stainless steel components need to meet code within the pharmaceutical industry.

Chesapeake Energy is an ongoing client that requires quality and timely completion dates. 

Conoco Philips of Ponca City has been an ongoing client since 1998.  Swanda Brothers added ventilation to penthouse work areas that were 120 feet above the ground and continues to fabricate and install hoods and ventilation systems in their research and developement facility as well as all of the air distribution requirements.
